Missionary Update

Hi family and friends -

We will be putting Elder Jake's missionary letters and info on the www.loveoregonblessings.blogspot.com The latest news is that Elder Jake, who was set apart as a full-time missionary on Sunday, will be reporting to the Missionary Training Center in Provo instead of Brazil.

We just heard from a mother whose son is currently in Brazil. I guess that for the first time since the Brasilian MTC (or CTM) was open, there will be no American missionaries reporting in. All 50 missionaries are reporting to Provo. I guess Brazil is not issuing visas at this time.

We feel peaceful about the current situation but know that these missionaries need your prayers so that they can get to the work at hand.
